ENTREPRENEURS
We provide full support for German-speaking entrepreneurs planning or developing operations in Poland. We primarily advise in the following areas:
Starting a business on the Polish market
We assist in choosing the optimal form of business and formally starting it (including registration and obtaining necessary decisions and permits) – both for new investments and relocations of parts of the business. We help find office space (initial headquarters), offer ongoing legal and tax advisory (permanent or temporary), and assist in fulfilling obligations to all authorities.
Feasibility study of investment
We help to develop the optimal investment structure from a legal and tax perspectives. We also verify the possibility of obtaining support for setting up and running the business, for example through public aid or funding from banks.
