Our ESG reporting support offer is addressed to all businesses, both small and medium-sized, as well as large ones, including capital groups. We support organizations that are subject to ESG reporting obligations or wish to voluntarily implement such practices to increase their transparency and competitiveness. We also help companies that are part of the value chain of large entities obliged to report, which require the provision of a range of ESG-related information (so-called value chain).

ESG readiness audit

We assess the company’s level of preparedness to meet sustainability-related obligations, including mapping the organization in terms of ESG. We examine which data, documents, and procedures are already implemented within the organization, and compare the obtained information with the requirements of reporting standards (ESRS or VSME ESRS, as well as GRI or SASB).

ESG strategy

We advise on the development of ESG strategies, building them together with the client. Thanks to the competencies of our Marketing & BD department, we also assist in communication and functional strategies (assessment of the potential to build competitive advantage through ESG).

Materiality analysis

We conduct materiality assessments in accordance with the ESRS principle of “double materiality.” We examine the requirements of the company’s contractors, industry standards, and engage stakeholders. As a result, we identify actual and potential areas of impact, as well as risks and opportunities for the organization in the ESG domain.

Analytical and financial support

In cooperation with experts from OW Analytics, we conduct financial materiality assesment and scenario analysis, including climate risk assessment. We implement tools for collecting and processing data necessary for preparing ESG reports and strategies.

Taxonomy

In collaboration with OW Analytics experts, we advise on disclosure obligations, including the classification of environmentally sustainable activities and the analysis of qualification criteria for all environmental objectives for the purpose of calculating turnover, Capex, and Opex. We audit adopted rules and provide verification services for minimum social safeguards for a complete taxonomy statement.

Preparation of ESG report from scratch

We support the entire process of creating ESG reports, based on EU regulations (ESRS or VSME ESRS), but also taking into account GRI and SASB standards, including for small and medium-sized enterprises reporting voluntarily or to meet the expectations of entities within the value chain.

Carbon footprint calculation

Together with our analytical company – OW Analytics – we calculate the carbon footprint and design processes that allow for ongoing updates of the calculations. In cooperation with an external partner, we can also provide support in optimizing business operations to reduce the carbon footprint.

ESG Compliance

We help prevent mobbing, corruption, and other negative phenomena within organizations. We develop and implement internal policies and regulations. We assess the content of communications in terms of safety and potential consumer deception, and evaluate the risk of greenwashing. We conduct training sessions and build internal ESG processes and teams.

Outsourcing ESG services

We offer ESG outsourcing within companies, which addresses the needs of enterprises that lack the resources or competencies to appoint such a person internally. As ESG Officer, we handle, among other things, monitoring of the company’s legal environment in the ESG area, support during ESG audits, completion of questionnaires or SAQs from contractors, and ongoing strategic and operational advisory.

We supported the OTL Group in comprehensive ESG reporting

We provided full support in ESG reporting for a capital group (OTL), including one of its listed companies. Our assistance also included the preparation of the group’s first consolidated sustainability report for 2024, in accordance with EU sustainability reporting standards (ESRS).
The service primarily included the following activities:

preparation of the non-financial information statement for 2023,
conducting an introductory workshop on ESG and sustainability reporting in line with ESRS,
gap and readiness analysis of the organization for ESRS-compliant reporting,
double materiality assessment,
preparation of a detailed ESRS report framework and support in developing disclosures for 2024,
support in discussions with the auditor.

The ESG report of the OTL Group, created with our involvement, was positively evaluated by the auditor.

We supported Elfa Pharm in creating its first ESG report

We provided advisory services to Elfa Pharm sp. z o.o. in preparing its first ESG report. To help the client take a step toward business transparency and responsibility, we supported them throughout the entire voluntary reporting process – from the very beginning to the publication of the ESG statement. As part of our advisory services, we conducted consultations, workshops, and training sessions for the project team, and also supported the client in the data collection process for the report.

We conducted a materiality analysis based on ESRS for the Sonel Group

We supported Sonel S.A. Group in conducting its first materiality analysis based on CSRD and ESRS. Our assistance included the development of the methodology and execution of the entire materiality assessment process to ensure full compliance with ESRS. We also provided comprehensive substantive support at every stage of the project. The result of our work was a detailed materiality assesment report.
