Cybersecurity

Our approach

In light of the pervasive digital transformation, we view digital security as one of the key areas of business operations. Our advisory in this field is distinguished by a broad perspective – we not only respond to the entrepreneur’s expressed needs but also assist in identifying areas where cybersecurity requires implementation or modification. This is essential in such a dynamically evolving area of law.

For whom?

We support all organizations whose operations are even slightly connected to the digital space and therefore exposed to cyberattacks. We assist both entities whose activities are focused on the digital environment and those that use digital tools in their day-to-day operations. Our offer is directed at all businesses – regardless of their size or the industry in which they operate.

Cyber threats are becoming increasingly complex and unpredictable. We protect businesses by safeguarding their digital security at every stage of operations.

Benefits

We help companies build digital resilience by providing comprehensive cybersecurity support - from risk identification to incident prevention.

Agility and responsiveness

Building digital resilience requires agility and the ability to anticipate the development of cybersecurity threats – we continuously monitor potential risks for businesses and translate our findings into the scope and method of advisory.

Support at every stage of cooperation

We understand that many entrepreneurs are only beginning to identify their needs in the area of cybersecurity. Properly defining the scope of actions tailored to the specific nature of each entity is one of the key challenges. We support our clients at this stage and throughout the entire process.

Proactivity over reactivity

We help companies not only respond to incidents but, above all, prevent them – through audits, training, implementation of procedures, and ongoing advisory.

Services

Due to the increasing use of advanced technologies by entrepreneurs, implementing appropriate safeguards is an essential element of every company’s strategy. That’s why, as part of our legal services in cybersecurity, we provide comprehensive support to businesses, primarily through the following six areas:

Verification of legal obligations related to cybersecurity

We verify the obligation to implement additional legal requirements and determine whether the company is subject to specific national and EU regulations concerning corporate cybersecurity (e.g., NIS 2, DORA, CSA, and CRA).

Legal cybersecurity audit

We conduct legal audits of the current security status and implementation of cybersecurity requirements, often supporting clients’ IT departments in establishing IT audit procedures. We perform penetration testing to identify potential vulnerabilities to cyber threats.

Risk analysis

We advise on risk analysis conducted by the client, which is crucial for selecting appropriate measures to ensure corporate cybersecurity.

Creation and updating of documentation

We assist in preparing and implementing procedures, policies, and all other documentation necessary to mitigate risks arising from cyber threats and ensure compliance with legal requirements. We handle proceedings in the event of cybersecurity incidents.

Incident management - crisis support

We support incident management in cybersecurity and – if required or obligated – assist in reporting incidents to relevant authorities and conducting correspondence with appropriate bodies. We help establish internal action plans to minimize the impact of incidents.

Support in relations with partners and customers

We prepare and review contracts with technology, cloud, and IT service providers. We advise on ICT service outsourcing and data transfers.

Training and practical workshops

We educate staff through training and workshops focused on building awareness of cyber threats in the workplace. We ensure knowledge that enables quick and effective action in the event of a cyberattack.
