Feasibility study of a construction project
We conduct feasibility studies, environmental analyses, and prepare a roadmap for obtaining necessary administrative permits. We also develop a strategy for managing the investment process.
Legal due diligence of real estate
We verify the legal status of the property selected for investment and, if necessary, regularize it (including e.g. identifying and mitigating potential risks related to the acquisition of the property).
Drafting, negotiating, and reviewing construction contracts
Including contracts for construction works, general contracting, subcontracting, design services, and geodetic support. We also provide support in drafting and managing contracts based on FIDIC standards.
Obtaining and challenging administrative permits
Including environmental decisions, zoning conditions, building permits, occupancy permits, and tree removal permits. Our team also handles the transfer of decisions during the construction process.

This includes risk assessment in cooperation with contractors, claim management, securing proper contract performance, supervision of subcontractor reporting procedures, construction settlement, health and safety issues, and documentation management.
