Our China Desk support includes, but is not limited to, the following areas:

Start-up package

We offer full support in entering a new market, including but not limited to choosing the optimal form of business, establishing a company and meeting the formal and legal requirements of the business. We can provide permanent or temporary legal, tax, HR and accounting services, as well as support in renting business premises.

Accounting and personnel services

We provide ongoing personnel and accounting support, including, among other things, full personnel documentation and bookkeeping, calculation of salaries or tax settlements (PIT/CIT/VAT), taking into account the specific nature of operations in the SEZ.

HR

We support the shaping of the optimal employment structure, preparation of required labor acts (including regulations, procedures, policies, contracts, etc.). We assist in completing visa applications and offer ongoing support to HR departments.

State aid

We are engaged in the verification and selection of the optimal form of public support for investment (including SEZs, government grants, R&D, EU funds, regional programs, subsidies). We provide full support for green- and brownfield investments and strategic advice on investment planning.

We ensure that business operations comply with regulations, ethical standards and stakeholder expectations.

We are involved in structuring domestic and international transactions, drafting agreements, preparing negotiation strategies and representation during negotiations.

Investments

We conduct feasibility studies for brownfield and greenfield investments and due diligence. We help with land acquisition, obtaining environmental decisions and necessary permits. We provide full support in the construction process.
