Transfer pricing
Support includes preparing transfer pricing benchmarking studies for all types of controlled transactions (e.g., financial, restructuring, licensing, goods, services, capital).
OWA also assists in developing settlement models, transfer pricing policies, structuring controlled transactions, verifying arm’s length pricing, and supporting taxpayers during tax audits (including meetings with tax authorities).
Expert valuations
OWA performs expert valuations to determine the fair market value of: businesses and their components, shares/stocks, contracts, goodwill, brands, trademarks, patents, licenses, options, domains, software, databases, customer portfolios, R&D work, and economic damages.
As part of its valuation services, OWA also conducts impairment tests (in accordance with IAS 36), private investor tests, and private creditor tests.
Business models
Support may include full development of a financial model – modeling revenues and costs, defining the operations of individual entities involved in the business model, including intercompany settlements, target markets, competitive landscape, macroeconomic conditions, and product/service life cycles. The business models offered may relate to both existing enterprises and planned ventures.
Financial due diligence
OW Analytics conducts financial due diligence, analyzing risks and their impact on the financial condition of the business. Financial due diligence can be prepared for either a buyer or a seller. The company also supports investors in process of transaction negotiations, using insights gained from the due diligence process.
ESG reporting
OW Analytics supports clients with tools to help fulfill non-financial reporting obligations (e.g., materiality analysis, scenario analysis). Additionally, OW Analytics offers services such as carbon footprint calculation (Scope 1, Scope 2) and KPI calculation (revenue, CapEx, and OpEx shares) in accordance with the EU Taxonomy.
Financial reporting
Support includes assistance in preparing financial statements for entities maintaining accounting books in accordance with the Accounting Act or IFRS. OWA also works for publicly listed companies, providing advisory services related to annual and interim financial reporting.
