The OW Accounting & Payroll offer is addressed to companies that require specialized support in complex accounting and HR & payroll projects. The firm assists both Polish entities and companies with foreign capital – regardless of their size or the industry in which they operate.

Services
OW Accounting & Payroll provides support across eight key service areas:
Bookkeeping and tax accounting
Comprehensive support in maintaining accounting books, including the preparation of financial statements, tax returns, and VAT register management. The service also includes assistance during tax audits, as well as monitoring receivables and liabilities. Learn more >>
Domestic and international financial reporting
Support includes the preparation of standalone financial statements and consolidated financial reports (in accordance with the Accounting Act or IFRS). The service also covers reporting to the Central Statistical Office (GUS) and the National Bank of Poland (NBP).
HR & Payroll services
Including the maintenance of employee personnel files (also in the form of e-Files), full ZUS Płatnik support, and time tracking and payroll processing.
The OWAP team can also conduct audits of employee documentation or take over all responsibilities related to PPK (Employee Capital Plans) or PFRON (State Fund for the Rehabilitation of Disabled Persons).
Advisory services related to accounting
This includes advisory on the implementation of accounting systems, optimization of existing accounting processes, and recruitment of specialists for accounting and HR & payroll positions within the company.
Support for companies benefiting from state aid and special economic zones (SEZs)
Specialized advisory in accounting for companies receiving public aid, including full bookkeeping and accounting for eligible costs. The OWAP team also provides ongoing monitoring of investment expenditures and calculates tax exemptions.
Support for companies using R&D and IP Box tax reliefs
Full service for companies benefiting from R&D and IP Box reliefs. This includes activities such as monitoring receivables and liabilities, maintaining VAT registers, and preparing VAT returns.
Support for foreign companies investing in Poland
A service aimed at foreign companies looking to start or expand their investments in Poland. It includes full support – from entity registration, through the initiation and structuring of accounting processes, to advisory on employee benefits.
Business services
The OW Accounting & Payroll service catalog is not closed. HR & payroll and accounting specialists offer broad business support. This includes assistance with administrative tasks (invoicing, payments), converting financial statements to XML format, or obtaining access to INTRASTAT.
