Feasibility analysis and risk assessment

Every investment process begins with a feasibility study and preliminary risk assessment — we prepare feasibility reports, conduct environmental analyses, and plan the strategy for the entire construction process. 

Real estate Due diligence

We examine the legal status of the property on which the investment is to be carried out. As part of due diligence, we identify potential risks related to its acquisition and — if necessary — resolve legal issues to ensure the project can proceed safely. 

Contracts and administrative decisions

We draft, negotiate, and review contracts in the construction process — from construction works agreements (including FIDIC) to design and supervision contracts. We also provide support in obtaining key administrative decisions: environmental, planning, and building and occupancy permits. 

Investment security

During the implementation of the investment, we ensure full project security. This includes:

  • securing proper performance of contracts,

Real estate transactions

We handle real estate transactions — from purchase or sale, through structuring and negotiations, to assessing tax implications. We conduct detailed legal audits (due diligence) of commercial, warehouse, industrial, residential properties, and greenfield sites. We also support lease agreements, including build-to-suit projects and sale and leaseback transactions. 

Development, commercial and agricultural ventures

Our experience also includes handling development projects, property commercialization, and investments on agricultural land. When necessary, we represent clients in proceedings before public administration authorities.
