We supported Warmia i Mazury in obtaining nearly PLN 50 million for the construction of Poland's first aircraft recycling center
Warmia i Mazury, which manages the Olsztyn-Mazury airport, obtained nearly PLN 50 million from EU funds for the implementation of a groundbreaking project – the construction of the Flight Eco Center, Poland's first aircraft recycling center. How did we support our client in obtaining funding?
We prepared a key element of the grant documentation
As part of this project, we prepared one of the most demanding elements of the application documentation – an analysis of the existance of State aid and its compliance with the rules of the EU internal market. This is an area where specialist knowledge, rarely available on the market, is essential.
Our analysis was three-tiered and covered:
- the infrastructure owner,
- the airport operator,
- end users.
Its purpose was to demonstrate that where State aid exists, it complies with EU law. Thanks to our expertise and commitment, the application assessment process in this area ran smoothly and without any problems.
Support already at the investment planning stage
It is worth noting that our support for this project began even before the grant application was prepared. We advised the company already at the investment concept planning stage to ensure that it complied with State aid rules from the very beginning.
The client was supported by Kamil Ciupak – congratulations!
