She specialises in comprehensive legal advisory services for medium and large entrepreneurs with Polish and foreign capital, in particular in matters related to corporate services, contract law and labour law. Advises on issues related to the establishment, liquidation and restructuring of business activities, as well as legal services related to the sale and acquisition of companies and enterprises. She also drafts corporate law documents.

Daria carries out projects related to the drafting, negotiation and execution of contracts, issues involving labour law and projects in the field of banking finance (including the drafting of loan documentation and accompanying security packages) and in the area of personal data protection.

Graduated in law from the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics at the University of Wrocław. She completed her legal training at the Regional Chamber of Legal Counsels in Wrocław.

She gained experience in the company’s legal department and law firms dealing extensively with entrepreneurs and M&A transactions.
