Specialises in legal advice related to data protection law. Experienced in providing legal services to entrepreneurs, especially in the fintech industry, and in implementing and evaluating processes and data protection documentation, as well as consumer law.
In his past work, he has also participated in audits of anti-money laundering and combating the financing of terrorism (AML/CFT) systems, as well as audits of the compliance of marketing campaigns and commercial communications with the law.
He carried out a research project, funded by the National Science Centre, on the transfer of personal data between the European Union and the People’s Republic of China. He is also the author of publications on such issues as the transfer of personal data.
Speaker at national and international conferences, including Privacy Symposium.
Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration and the Doctoral School of the University of Silesia. He has received his doctoral degree for his dissertation titled “Protection of the rights and freedoms of data subjects in the case of transfer of personal data from the European Union to the People’s Republic of China”.
Fluent in English.
Spends his free time playing tennis and reading books, especially crime fiction.
