Expert in legal advice related to CIT – in particular the lump sum on corporate income (the so-called Estonian CIT).
His experience mainly includes day-to-day advice in the area of corporate income tax for entrepreneurs or corporate services for companies. He has also advised on the application of lump sum provisions on company income.
At OW, he provides tax advice on restructuring and transaction processes. Damian also participates in tax reviews in the areas of CIT and WHT, as well as due diligence.
In addition, he supports businesses in complying with their tax scheme reporting (MDR) obligations.
He is the author of scholarly publications on lump-sum taxation of corporate income and taxation of family foundations. His articles can be found, among others, in the Tax Review and the Bulletin of the Institute of Tax Studies – Tax Advisory.
Graduate of Law at the Jagiellonian University in Kraków and 4th edition of postgraduate studies Taxes in Domestic and International Business (Warsaw School of Economics).
In his spare time, he trains Brazilian jiu-jitsu.
