Paulina specializes in legal advisory services related to intellectual property protection, with a particular focus on industrial property law. She also provides support on issues related to copyright, new technologies, and competition law.
On a day-to-day basis, she advises business entities on brand protection, supporting in the process of obtaining and maintaining protection for trademarks, industrial designs, and inventions at patent offices. She also handles cases related to the enforcement of intellectual property rights and acts of unfair competition.
She reviews and drafts contracts related to the regulation of IP issues, especially in the area of effective transfer of rights or their licensing for trademarks, patents, industrial designs, or proprietary copyrights.
Paulina also has experience in providing legal support in the fields of marketing, advertising law, and cybersecurity.
In her professional career to date, she has participated in due diligence on IP rights of companies involved in software development, industrial automation, and production.
She actively supports clients in disputes related to intellectual property protection at both judicial and pre-litigation stages – participating in cases related to the licensing of computer software or infringements of trademark and patent rights.
She is a trainee advocate at the Warsaw Bar Association and a trainee patent attorney at the Polish Chamber of Patent Attorneys.
She holds a law degree from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University, as well as from the School of Law and Economy of China at the University of Warsaw.
She also completed the IT/TMT School, organized by the H. Grocjusz Intellectual Property Law Center, and the course “Legal and technical aspects of cybersecurity” at the Kozminski Academy.
An enthusiast of the Far East and documentaries. She enjoys experimenting in the kitchen and traveling around Europe with her four-legged friend.
