An expert in providing comprehensive, strategic services to large and medium-sized companies belonging to international capital groups. She provides advisory services from the planning of new investments to the stage of effective organisation of structures for new activities in Poland.

Has a wide range of legal knowledge and experience, which she uses, among other things, in the course of ongoing advice on commercial and labour law. Supports HR departments in the implementation of new processes and projects, as well as day-to-day challenges. On a daily basis, she prepares and reviews contracts, terms and conditions and internal regulations, and participates in resolving disputes with employees.

Independently supports entrepreneurs in negotiating and executing contracts commonly used in business transactions. Advises on public aid law, taking part in projects to obtain, amend or expire support decisions.

Graduated in law from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Wrocław. She has completed her lawyer’s apprenticeship at the Bar Association in Wrocław, and passed the professional exam in 2023.

A fluent speaker of English and French.

In her free time, she loves to travel and taste different cuisines. She is also an amateur chef herself and developed interest in winemaking.
