Kamila Wojtanowska

Expert in civil and commercial law advisory services, particularly in the area of civil litigation.

She supports entrepreneurs in their day-to-day operations, including representing them in court and during enforcement proceedings. Kamila has actively appeared before courts of various instances in litigation cases involving, among other things, contractual receivables or claims for damages.

Her experience was gained in a company of legal counsels, where she was providing comprehensive services to entrepreneurs in the pharmaceutical and logistics industry, as well as in the civil divisions of the district court as a judicial assistant.

Graduated in law from the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics of the University of Wrocław and in European Studies (specialisation: EU Regional Policy). She also completed postgraduate studies in contract law in consumer and professional trade at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University.

Involved in animal protection issues.
