On a daily basis, Marta provides comprehensive advice to medium and large companies in the IT, new technologies, manufacturing, and construction sectors. She also supports entrepreneurs with corporate services.

Marta specialises in issues related to civil, commercial, and business law, as well as new technology law, and has practical experience in the field of IT system implementations, including negotiating implementation and maintenance contracts, as well as in providing legal advice in resolving contractual disputes.

She has participated in legal due diligence, and in share and asset deal transactions, including those involving the acquisition of technology companies and IT tools.

Marta graduated from the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics at the University of Wroclaw.

She also advises in English.
