Magdalena specialises in legal consultancy in the field of labour law and ongoing legal services for business entities (predominantly with foreign capital). She has many years of experience in employment litigation and ongoing support for HR departments.
She supports entrepreneurs in issues related to the establishment of new business entities and obtaining public aid (in terms of applying for a decision on support for these entities).
As part of her daily work, she advises entities with German, Asian and British capital.
She also co-conducts training sessions and webinars for HR departments.
She is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at the University of Wrocław. As part of the Erasmus programme, she studied at Radboud University in the Netherlands.
She is fluent in English.
