Katarzyna specialises in matters related to personal data protection and labour law. On a daily basis, she advises medium and large companies, including those with foreign capital, mainly from the manufacturing and IT industry.
She has participated in numerous audits concerning personal data processing, in projects for comprehensive implementation of correct personal data processing rules and in the verification of internal sources of labour law. She also supports entrepreneurs during UODO (Personal Data Protection Office) inspections and in cases of incidents.
She conducts practical training and workshops for employers and employees, e.g. on the functioning of the Company Social Benefits Fund and GDPR.
She actively supports entrepreneurs in issues related to COVID-19, including obtaining and accounting for subsidies.
She is an author of press and internet publications on personal data protection law and labour law.
She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of Jagiellonian University.
She actively advocates for the protection of animal rights, engaging pro bono in criminal cases in this field.
Katarzyna also advises in English and German.
