Paweł specialises in advisory work related to commercial, civil, and tax law.

His experience includes, in particular, comprehensive advice on the reorganisation of projects for companies’ capital structure (including transformations, mergers, divisions) as well as those related to changes of ownership structure.

On a daily basis, he supports large and medium-sized enterprises with Polish and foreign capital in their day-to-day operations, including business law, litigation, and corporate law. He supports clients at the negotiating stage and in executing commercial agreements as well as with corporate services for companies (including tax aspects).

Paweł has been involved in the introduction of foreign entities into the Polish market. He also has practical experience in projects related to restructuring and bankruptcy law.

A speaker at training courses and conferences in the field of business law and tax law.

A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University and postgraduate studies in tax consultancy at the Cracow University of Economics.

He also advises in English.

He spends his free time with his family. He is passionate about sport and technological innovations.
