She specializes in providing comprehensive services to business entities, mainly production plants and participants of the construction process.

She supports entrepreneurs in corporate matters – in establishing commercial law companies, their restructuring, daily handling of internal affairs and winding up, as well as identification and registration of beneficial owners.

Since the beginning of her professional career, she has been involved in legal services for the production industry, including manufacturers of construction materials, automotive, and electronics.

She gained her experience by supporting the largest domestic investors, general contractors, subcontractors and suppliers to the construction industry. She has participated in the implementation of both multi-dwelling projects, as well as large-size construction projects in service and industrial areas. She advises clients at every stage of a project- starting from the choice of the plot to the completion of construction, final acceptance and post-warranty acceptance inspections.

She prepares and negotiates contracts and, if necessary, also represents clients in court disputes.

She provides legal services to English-speaking Clients using her native-speaker level of English.

Privately, she is a fan of travel, books and non-extreme sports.
