Katarzyna specialises in individual employment law. On a daily basis, she advises HR departments on, among others, optimising employment structure, planning and settling working time, hiring temporary employees and outsourcing services.
She has extensive experience in collective labor law, in particular in shaping relations between employers and trade unions, including collective disputes. Katarzyna has repeatedly created and implemented work regulations, remuneration regulations, as well as vehicle policies and other internal regulations tailored to the needs of employers.
Katarzyna conducts practical trainings and workshops for employers and employees, in particular from the manufacturing and automotive sectors – e.g. in the area of the Company Social Benefits Fund, termination of agreements with employees (also remotely) or relations with trade unions. She is also an author of publications on labour law.
She actively supports entrepreneurs in activities related to COVID-19, including obtaining salary subsidies, modification of work and pay conditions in enterprises, and implementation of remote and hybrid work.
A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Silesia.
In her free time, she loves to expand her culinary horizons and discover new tastes on the map of Poland and abroad. Travel enthusiast, especially small towns in southern Italy.
