Patricia specialises in providing comprehensive legal advice to businesses. She has extensive experience, particularly in advising on commercial law, e-commerce and modern technologies.

She was the head of the legal department of a leading European e-commerce platform in the footwear sector. Previously, she led the compliance team and was responsible for AML assurance issues at one of the largest mortgage lenders in the United States.

She is involved in legal project management, including coordinating projects for the establishment of foreign companies.

Patricia supports the US Desk team in providing specialist help to entrepreneurs on transatlantic activities.

She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University. She is also a graduate of the School of American Law organised by the Jagiellonian University in cooperation with the Columbus School of Law, The Catholic University in Washington (D.C.).

Born and raised in Chicago, Patricia is a native English speaker.
