A specialist in real estate law. He has many years of experience in advising Polish and foreign clients.

Provides comprehensive support in the acquisition and sale of real estate. In this regard, he is primarily engaged in due diligence, transaction structuring, participation in negotiations and drafting and negotiating transaction documentation, assisting with closing and assisting with post-transaction activities.

In his professional practice, he has been involved in numerous transactions for the sale and purchase of industrial and logistics properties, including by foreign investment funds, as well as for future commercial development (both industrial and residential).

Supports tenants and landlords in concluding leases for office, commercial, warehouse and manufacturing space, including build-to-suit (BTS). He advises on sale and lease-back transactions, in which the sale of a property is combined with its further lease by the seller.

Piotr has experience in advising clients with disputes in relation to lease agreements, as well as on issues related to the ongoing implementation of these agreements.

Lawyer, graduate of the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics at the University of Wrocław, member of the Wrocław Bar Association.

Fluent English speaker.

In his spare time, he is enthusiastic about physical activity and windsurfing.
