Anna specialises in commercial company law, mergers, acquisitions and restructuring, as well as capital market law. She has first-hand experience working with large entrepreneurs with both Polish and foreign capital (including public companies).
She advises on matters related to corporate law (including the formation, operation and liquidation of companies), restructuring (including merger, division and transformation of companies), investment agreements, equity and debt financing, and the structuring of business models and holdings.
As part of her capital market practice, she assists public companies in developing internal procedures and policies for issues related to the stock exchange, and clients in their day-to-day activities within the scope of business law (including litigation) and corporate law.
She has carried out projects involving complex contract negotiations, bond issues, share dematerialisation processes, company transformations and mergers, the development and implementation of business models and strategies, and complex civil litigation.
Anna is also an expert in the area of ESG. She supports entrepreneurs in non-financial (sustainability) reporting in GRI and ESRS standards.
She is an author and co-author of multiple scientific and popular publications in the field of capital markets and corporate law, as well as a lecturer for training courses and conferences in those areas.
She graduated in Law from Jagiellonian University, Management from Cracow University of Economics and International Law from the University of Groningen.
She is fluent in English and German.
In her spare time, she enjoys travelling, skiing and yoga.
In the international ranking of The Legal 500 she was awarded the title of Recommended lawyer in the Capital markets and Commercial, corporate and M&A fields.
