On a daily basis, he provides comprehensive services to medium and large entities (including those with foreign capital), operating mainly in the manufacturing industry. He specializes in matters concerning company law, corporate law, contract negotiations, labour law and employment of foreigners.

He participated in the planning and implementation of a number of M&A projects and legal due diligence reviews.

He supports the negotiation and execution of contracts used in business transactions. He represents entrepreneurs in court proceedings.

Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University. He completed legal advisor’s training at the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Cracow.

He also advises in English.

Sebastian loves board games, fantasy literature and exploring new places.
