Head of a team handling the day-to-day operations of foreign-owned capital companies. She advises at every stage of the business – leads projects related to the introduction of investors to the Polish market, supports in the formation of an appropriate structure, as well as in ongoing legal issues.

In her several years of practice, she has led a number of strategic projects in various areas of law, including those related to obtaining and settling public aid, corporate restructuring (mergers, conversions), construction processes, creating and negotiating key contracts for clients in business transactions.

She uses the experience in current consulting, combining knowledge from different areas and thus providing comprehensive support.

Natalia is one of the leaders of the labour law specialisation. She supports clients in the field of individual labour law, including the optimal shaping of the employment structure (in particular of high-level management staff), as well as in matters related to working time, mobbing and discrimination, and employee outsourcing. She has extensive experience in resolving labour disputes (both at the judicial and pre-trial stage).

Natalia regularly advises employers on their relations with employee representatives, including, for example, negotiating inter-company acts or communicating with trade unions or employee councils. She supports clients in crisis management, strategic topics such as restructurings, and by representing them in litigation.

Conducted a number of training courses for executives, HR departments and middle management. Eager to share her knowledge during webinars.

Fluent in German and English. In her spare time, she learns Spanish.
