July heralds not only high temperatures, but also a hot time at OW. With the start of this month, our partner group is expanding by two people – we are delighted to welcome Ludmiła Łuczak and Natalia Mosur to the circle! We would like to congratulate our new partners on their promotion, which is a natural consequence of their daily work, unwavering commitment, and alignment with OW's values.  

Natalia and Ludmiła have been part of OW for a long time, and their actions and importance throughout the organization have resulted in them taking on new roles. In our model, partnership is primarily about values, skills, and responsibility. Both new partners, importantly, are women, are ready for challenges, and their energy and effectiveness are invaluable, both for OW and our clients, comments Rafał Olesiński. 

OW's lucky thirteen   

From now on, our partnership consists of 13 people who complement each other, combining experience and expertise in various fields. What are the specializations and professional interests of the new members of this thirteen? Here are a few words about them.  

Natalia and Ludmiła – seemingly very different, yet both sincerely dedicated, committed to their ideas and with a very strong moral backbone. They are taking on new roles at OW as undisputed leaders and role models, both in terms of legal advice and personality. Thank you for being with us for so many years and we wish you every success in this new stage of your career, says Magdalena Tyrakowska-Szymczak.
