She specializes in providing legal advice to large business entities, including public companies, mainly in the chemical and automotive industries. She has extensive experience in commercial law and capital markets law.
She has participated in many restructuring projects of companies (transformation, outsourcing of an organized part of an enterprise), as well as projects leading to a change ownership structure of companies – e.g. share exchange or the squeeze-out process of minority shareholders.
In the area of capital markets law, she has taken part in projects covering both the implementation of the above mentioned strategic restructuring activities in the stock exchange environment, as well as ongoing advice during the organisation and holding of General Shareholder Meetings, development and adaptation of comprehensive corporate documents, or assessment of events and activities from the point of view of the information obligations of listed companies.
She also specializes in projects involving the implementation and execution of incentive programs for employees and managers, tailored to the needs of the Client, taking into account legal, tax and investor relations aspects.
She is the author and co-author of press publications on employee motivation programmes and remuneration policies in listed companies.
She graduated from the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics of the University of Wrocław. As part of the ERASMUS programme, she also studied at the Université de Nice-Sophia Antipolis in Nice and completed several months’ long internships at an international law firm in Madrid.
She is fluent in English, French and Spanish.
