Joanna Dybciak-Kluska

She specializes in advising on individual and collective labour law, occupational health and safety, social security law, as well as broadly defined civil law.

On a daily basis, she provides services to large and medium-sized enterprises, primarily in the automotive and manufacturing industries. She has extensive experience in the area of time accounting and in employment restructuring (including the process of collective redundancies).

She has participated in a number of audits in the field of health and safety at work. She supports Clients in preparing and negotiating contracts commonly applied in business transactions.

She also conducts numerous training courses for employees and management staff in the field of labour law and contract law. She has successfully implemented several dozens of Clients’ Employee Capital Plans and Employee Retirement Schemes.

She graduated from the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics of the University of Wrocław.

In her spare time she plays the guitar or does sports, in particular race and mtb biking. Lover of mountains, travel and her dog Christos.
