Jerzy specialises in advising on civil law and commercial companies law. He provides comprehensive legal assistance to business entities at every stage of their activity – from setting up a company to its liquidation. He has extensive experience in handling court disputes and administrative proceedings. A member of the real-estate law team.
His experience includes, in particular, advising entities in the development and construction industry, including at the stage of warranty service of construction investments.
Jerzy has conducted numerous due diligence studies of real-estate that preceded multi-million residential and industrial investments. He has prepared opinions on the proper acquisition of real estate and the legal status of transmission facilities.
He represents entrepreneurs before courts in, among others, construction disputes, disputes concerning property law as well as tort and contract liability. Also assists in proceedings conducted by building supervision bodies and monument protection authorities.
A graduate and a long-term associate of the Jagiellonian University, supervising and providing substantive supervision to law students within the framework of clinical teaching in the broadly understood civil law and civil proceedings arenas.
He is a laureate of a nationwide competition on Construction disputes in the jurisprudence of the Supreme Court (2020) – his glossary on the Supreme Court’s judgment was published in a renowned legal journal.
