Agata specialises in providing day-to-day legal services to companies with foreign capital. She has experience in commercial law, including corporate services, advising on commercial contracts and labour law.
She supports entrepreneurs in issues related to the legalisation of work and residence of employees from outside the European Union. She represents companies in commercial court proceedings.
As part of her daily work, she advises entities with German or Asian capital in activities related to entering the Polish market.
She graduated from the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics of the University of Wrocław, LL.M. studies at the Gottfried Leibniz University in Hannover and the School of German Law organised by the University of Wrocław in cooperation with Humboldt University in Berlin. Within the Erasmus program, she studied at the Eberhard Charles University in Tübingen and at the University of Vienna. She was also an intern at the Polish Institute in Düsseldorf.
As part of her pro bono activities, she is involved in animal protection issues.
She is fluent in English and German.
A lover of all kinds of animals. She spends her free time horse riding and travelling.
