We ranked 7th in Poland according to the DGP tax ranking

The 17th edition of the Ranking of Law Firms and Tax Advisors by Dziennik Gazeta Prawna is now behind us.

Our tax team ranked 7th in the category of large firms. We were also among the 30 distinguished firms in terms of the number of tax advisors and clients.

In addition, Magdalena Tyrakowska-Szymczak and Andrzej Łobodziński were among the best advisors in the PIT category.

The editorial chapter appreciated the implementation of incentive programs by Olesiński & Wspólnicy’s experts. The projects included comprehensive tax advice, including the implementation of an innovative project based on the settlement of an option program with a taxation effect on the participants at the level of 3% flat-rate income tax, which is one of a kind in Poland. Magdalena Tyrakowska-Szymczak and Andrzej Łobodziński also supported an American entity in the transfer of a part of its business from Ukraine to Poland.
