Our portfolio of VC projects was expanded by advising the Black Swan fund on its investment in Petgram Sp. z o.o. Ewelina Macewicz, Samanta Osowska and Patrycja Wakuluk provided comprehensive legal support for the entire investment process and due diligence. Black Swan together with Business Angels will invest a total of PLN 4 million in the project.
Petgram is an innovative collar with a GPS locator that takes care of the health and safety of pets. It allows for integration with the only social network on the Polish market dedicated to pet owners. The application allows, among other things, to control the whereabouts of dogs and cats, monitor their activity, communicate with other pet owners or earn points for walks exchangeable for discounts.
We are all the more pleased with this project as there is a large group of animal lovers among O&W employees who care about their welfare and safety. We congratulate the investors and keep our fingers crossed for the success of Petgram.
