We permanently support entrepreneurs in the use and creation of new technologies, both in the implementation of SAP, Azure and AWS solutions, as well as in the development of proprietary software. We act for the benefit of suppliers and customers, as well as as co-authors of software, therefore we perfectly understand expectations, problems and challenges facing potential commercial partners.

In order to ensure the best possible use of technology in current operations, we offer comprehensive support at all stages of IT projects, including:
assistance in defining project objectives and scope, and in feasibility studies;
support in designing offers / inquiries for quotations for IT projects (including ToR);
assistance in the selection of suppliers (e.g. by indicating clear and comprehensible evaluation criteria and verification of contractors);
participation in application design (adaptation to the GDPR requirements and consumer regulations, verification of licenses to open source software);
designing and negotiating contracts, both on behalf of developers/sellers, and buyers (implementation of e.g. ERP, CRM, RPA in the Waterfall and Agile models, maintenance, development, outsourcing contracts) in traditional or cloud models (SaaS. IaaS, etc.);
support in commercialization of work results and scaling of solutions (selection of optimal licensing models, distribution agreements, negotiations with investors, distributors and affiliate networks);
audits of correct implementation - both from the legal (compliance with agreements and the GDPR) and on the IT Security point of view (together with our IT-SEC team);
transfers of functioning systems (contracts for migration of databases, transfer of copyrights to IT systems, and non-standard contracts - e.g. software leaseback or creation of shared service centres for capital groups);
support in termination / changes in IT services (termination of contracts, changes in regulations / agreements with users);
support in case of a potential dispute with a partner, including the use of alternative dispute resolution methods, at each stage of an IT project.
