Real estate acquisition – we identify and solve legal problems related to the acquisition of real estate, examine the legal status of the participants in the transaction, give opinions and negotiate agreements related to the acquisition of real estate on the side of the seller and the buyer, advise in the process of obtaining financing and public aid and analyze the tax consequences of the transaction in order to present our clients with full and most beneficial solutions
Sale of apartments and premises – we effectively and comprehensively support the implementation of developer and non-developer projects at the stage of sale of premises, by creating a package of necessary documents, participating in negotiations with buyers and advising in the process of concluding contracts and handling claims
Commercialisation – we advise landlords and tenants during the creation, negotiation and conclusion of agreements related to the commercialization of space, including lease agreements for office, commercial and industrial space, "build-to-suit", "sale & lease back" and property management agreements

Feasibility study / due diligence – we carry out a comprehensive assessment and analysis of project potential, developing feasibility studies, assisting in the selection of real estate and optimal regulation of its legal status, co-creating strategies for conducting the construction process with a comprehensive consideration of environmental conditions and neighbourly relations related to the project being carried out
Debt financing – we support the research and development of models of optimal investment financing solutions. We provide comprehensive legal advice in the course of negotiating contract terms with financing institutions, paying particular attention to the method and scope of securing financing
Construction administration – we effectively represent the interests of our clients as parties in administrative proceedings, especially in the scope of environmental decisions, decisions on building conditions, building permits, replacement permits, permits for use, tree felling or permits for road investments.
Construction contracts – we support in the process of evaluating an offer and selecting a contractor, developing, negotiating, executing and settling contracts in the construction process for investors, contractors, designers and other participants in this process. Construction site service – we provide ongoing legal services for construction investments, providing support in the identification and assessment of risk areas related to the responsibility of participants in the construction process, claim management, securing the proper performance of the contract, supervision over the procedure of notification and settlement of subcontractors, settlement of the parties to construction contracts, advice on health and safety at work and maintenance of construction documentation
Litigation, arbitration and mediation – we represent our clients in the process of mediation and other forms of out-of-court settlement of construction disputes, we successfully represent our clients in court and arbitration proceedings, helping to work out a compromise and effectively enforcing clients' claims
