HR / Labour law

The role of HR departments in companies is changing dramatically - their involvement in an increasing number of key internal tasks and processes is growing. The legal environment, in which they operate, and the labour market are also changing. HR today does not only stand for the traditionally understood labour law - it is also about personal data protection, compliance, new technologies, etc. We understand these challenges and comprehensively support our Clients in dealing with any problems they encounter in HR.

We look at consulting for HR departments from an interdisciplinary point of view. While supporting our Clients in projects in the field of labour law, we always remember, among other things, about meeting the requirements under personal data protection or the tax aspect. In this way, we provide comprehensive support by suggesting solutions that are optimal for the business. With the HR departments, which we support, we try to form a united team, which allows us to get to know and understand the needs and expectations of the Client in depth.
