Who we work with?
AHK
We cooperate with the Polish-German Chamber of Industry and Commerce, which has 1,000 member companies. In the field of AI, we mainly conduct training sessions here for the organisation’s members on the legal issues of the business use of artificial intelligence. The meetings mainly cover three regulatory groups:
- AI cyber security;
- protection of personal data when using AI tools;
- ways of protecting intellectual property rights in the age of artificial intelligence.
Compliance Institute
We collaborate with the Compliance Institute in numerous events and publication activities. We co-lead the Approved AI Officer certification course offered by the institute. The training courses for participants cover the following areas of artificial intelligence legal issues:
- the touching point between AI and intellectual property law;
- an analysis of the business implications of the Artificial Intelligence Act;
- a data protection perspective;
- EU data regulations;
- new liability rules for AI.
Ministry of Digitalisation
We are members of the Working Group on Artificial Intelligence (GRAI) at the Ministry of Digitalisation. Here, we are active in the “AI and regulations” section, which aims to identify solutions to ensure that Poland has the right conditions for the development of artificial intelligence applications in the private and public sectors.
