Senior Consultant, associated with Olesiński & Wspólnicy since the year 2014, initially as a part of student internships. She specializes in legal consulting for large business entities, including public companies, mainly from the chemical and automotive industries.

 

She has extensive experience, particularly in advising on commercial law. She participated in many restructuring projects of companies (transformation, separation of an organized part of the enterprise), as well as in projects concerning the change of the ownership structure of companies – including exchange of shares or procedures for the compulsory buyout of shares owned by minority shareholders.

 

She also provides legal advice in the field of capital markets law, including both the implementation of the abovementioned strategic restructuring projects in the stock market environment, as well as ongoing consultancy during the organization and conduct of General Meetings, comprehensive development and customization of corporate documents, or the assessment of events and activities with regard to information obligations of stock exchange listed companies.

 

In addition, she specializes in projects concerning the implementation and realization of incentive programs for employees and managers, precisely adapted to the Client’s needs, taking into account legal, tax and investor relations aspects.

 

Author and co-author of publications in the matter of employee incentive programs, both in press and on a blog which is run by the O&W specialists – cowprawiepiszczy.pl.

 

A graduate of law at the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics of the University of Wrocław. She also studied, via the ERASMUS program, at the Université de Nice-Sophia Antipolis in Nice and participated in internship of several months at an international law firm in Madrid.

 

Maja is fluent in English, French and Spanish, she is also planning to improve her Italian and come to grips with German.
