A legal advisor since 2011, working since 2012 within the structures of Olesiński & Wspólnicy. She specialises in projects associated with new technologies as well as construction and real estate transactions. Joanna also provides consulting services to domestic and international clients in commercial, civil, and labour law.
Joanna has advised clients executing complex projects involving the implementation, use, development and maintenance of IT systems and solutions. These projects have covered both business process management done through on-premise and SaaS models, as well as the sale of innovative services (including in the telecommunications industry). She has also executed projects related to the creation and marketing of advanced IT products.
Joanna also provides consulting on real estate transactions as well as contractual matters related to investment and construction processes, along with administrative legal issues linked to new construction projects and reconstruction/expansion of existing structures and transactions involving real estate. She has extensive experience in negotiating the terms of commercial tenancy contracts for warehouse, production and office spaces, as well as in projects involving real estate taxation.
She represents clients in litigation before common courts and administrative courts.

She is a graduate of the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics at the University of Wrocław. Joanna also studied law at the University of Ghent within the Erasmus Socrates programme and completed a one-year American law school organized by Chicago-Kent College of Law, Illinois Institute of Technology at the University of Wrocław. She passed her professional examination with distinction. She is entered on the list of the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisers in Wrocław.
