He has been connected with O&W since 2009. He participated many complex advisory projects. He specializes in matters related to the use of permits in special economic zones, tax aspects of restructuring and issues of the international tax law.

Tomasz is experienced in transformation and merger of companies, tax planning in sale of an enterprise or its part, tax audits, due diligence, negotiations concerning individual public aid packages for foreign investors, representing clients in proceedings before tax authorities and administrative courts. Due to the profile of supported clients, he is acquainted with the matters related to the automotive, energy, telecommunications, food and electronic media sectors.

He deals with the issues of digitization in tax settlements. He participates in development and implementation of software supporting tax settlements. He is implementing the requirements of the Standard Audit File for Tax (SAF-T) in financial and accounting systems of companies.

He is an author of a number of publications concerning public aid, special economic zones and Standard Audit File for Tax (SAF-T). He publishes in Rzeczpospolita and Dziennik Gazeta Prawna. Tomasz is a licensed tax advisor, he graduated from the Economic University in Wroclaw (at Finance and Banking specialization).

He began his career in 1999, working in the audit department and tax department at Rödl&Partner Law Firm, later on, in the tax department at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he managed a team dedicated to German clients (German Desk) for four years.

He speaks German and English fluently.
